I’m Jules, the coach behind PT with Jules and my mission is to help people build sustainable fitness habits that last. I didn’t grow up confident; I was super skinny, often bullied for how I looked, and the gym became the first place where I finally felt in control. It transformed my body, mindset, and confidence, and that experience shapes how I coach today. My approach is technical, supportive, and mindset-driven, helping gym-goers improve their training, unlock their potential, and build long-term strength. With me, clients develop better training habits, a stronger and healthier physique, and the confidence that comes from consistent, honest effort. I rebuilt myself through fitness now I help others do the same.
